UK Challenge 2009 - SESSION START TIMES

Saturday 16th   Session 1   WU 1pm       Start 2pm    no change

                      Session 2   WU 5pm       Start 6pm    no change

Sunday 17th     Session 3   WU 8am       Start 9am    (was 8.30 wu)

                      Session 4   WU 12pm     Start 1pm    (was 12.30 wu)

                      Session 5   WU 3.45pm   Start 4.30pm (was 4.30wu)

We are aiming to have the normal ‘A’ & ‘B finals for the 100m and 50m events and ‘A’ finals only of the 200m events as well but if time is tight the 200m finals will be cancelled.

Speedo National Final - 26th April @ Ponds Forge

Now appearing in our 8th National final - 1980, 1997 & 2004 to 2009.

We won it in 2006, the first club from the London league to do so. Now to this year and we  would like to wish all teams the best of luck on Sunday but especially to our swimmers.... GO HATFIELD!

UK Challenge 2009 - 100IM added to programme

Due to requests and that the 100IM is featured in the British Short Course Meet in August we are adding the 100m IM to  the programme.

The girls 100m IM will be event 9a/25 at the end of session 2 and boys 100m IM will be event13a/26 at the end of session 3. Finals will be decided upon the number of entries and accepted entries will be biased to those seeking qualification to the BSC meet. REVISED  entry and events forms CLICK HERE  Entries for the 100IM will be accepted until 23rd April.

UK Challenge Valentines Meet 2009 - 21st February

 We hope everyone had a good meet. The weather was a big bonus allowing everyone to get some fresh air during the break.  

A big thank you as always to ALL our officials for keeping everything running smoothly  and to Colin for having his starting box microphone with him as without it, well I won’t go there.
