Club Structure
The club is currently fronted by Nick Juba, an experienced Great Britian International Team Coach, backed by highly skilled and knowledgeable group of qualified coaches.
The club is divided into squads as follows:
National / A Squads
These cater for elite or potentially elite swimmers and members of this squadare expected to train a minimum of fourteen hours a week. There are ten sessions available to them and the current cost is £37 -£42 a month payable on the first day of each month to ‘Welwyn Hatfield Swimmings’
B Squads
Swimmers in these squads are amongst the best age-groupers in the club. There is also a high training expetency at this level. Six to eight sessions are available ; the cost is £25 - £30 a month depending on your group, payable as above.
Squad Three
These are the development sections of the club. Youngsters are encoraged to train as often as they can. Four to six sessions are on offer and the cost is £15 - £20 a month.
Club Groups
These are the reception groups for the club and training is available on Mondays and Fridays. No squad payment is necessary at this level.
Masters
Masters joining sqauds pay an additional £21 per month. Hatfield Masters swimmers can compete from County up to National level if they wish.
