Team Manager file for entries of more than 6 swimmers

Some clubs seem to be having trouble putting entries into Team Manager.
Here is my cut down version of how to do it.
1.Open Team Manager Lite
2.Click File – open/new – create new Database. I called mine “UKWinterwonderland2007 “
3.Click File – Import/Meet Events – I imported the .ev3 file. This file is for version 4.0g or later of Team Manager Lite
4.Click Teams – team form appears – add ‘YOUR TEAM NAME SC’ as a team – enter you club club code etc
5. Click Meets – Entries/Pre-enter athletes in meet – add swimmers details
6. Click Meets – click entries/entries by name
7. For each swimmer click events they want to swim and then enter there time in the custom time box. If their times are quicker or slower then the time range just enter them we will sort it later. You can key-in the times as follows ie: 1.01.06 as 10106, 56.90 as 5690. it will sort the minutes and seconds out itself.
8. Click File Export/Meet Entries and then send to me.
